AdBlue is used in a process called Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to reduce the emissions of oxide of nitrogen from the exhaust of diesel vehicles. SCR systems work by reacting AdBlue with the harmful NOX (nitrogen oxide) gases in the exhaust to form harmless water and nitrogen. All European truck manufacterers currently offer SCR equipped models. The future Euro 5 and the future Euro 6 emissions standards are set to reinforce the demand for this technology.

If you want to reduce the consumption of AdBlue in your trucks or even completely disable its function then we can reprogram the ECU to do this. The benefits of this are that you can reduce the consumption of AdBlue, which makes using genuine AdBlue far more affordable, or simply remove the injection of it completely. This process of ECU reprogramming will not leave any traces of the system being inactive or any fault codes on the dash so you can take it into the dealers for services and they won`t be able to detect it. Whilst we are reprogramming the ECU we can also increase the engines fuel economy (save up to 10% of fuel consumption), increase torque and performance.
